On the phone interview that I waited in the rain after work to get the call, I got the call finally. Let me tell you, it wasn't very professional. I was asked my salary expectations, obviously I had to say similar to what I earned at the time. She told me it's fine, still invited me for an interview. After two days, I received an email saying they cannot offer higher and cancelled the interview. This was so petty for a company so luxuries as she mentioned over the phone. I only told them this as expectation and never demanded it. Yet, they cannot even pay £1000 more. Moving forward, I have a lot higher role at a different company after 6 months. See how they are so unprofessional and I was saved by their poor interview handling process. I laugh everytime I see their building.
