Lands' End Senior System Engineer interview questions

First screening was with technical recruiter, very informal / getting to know you stage. First interview went over resume and highlighted key points that interested them, no pressure, non invasive. 2nd interview was with 3 engineers that took turns grilling me on specifics of operating systems and application specifics, very intense.
