The School Advertised the position on their website and other job sites. I applied directly to their Director of HR and I am a suitable candidate from a larger prominent school.

Question 1
Unfortunately I did not receive a response whatsoever from the School after spending hours preparing a cover letter and updating my resume. I believe some level of a response would be appropriate for any and all candidates especially for a school with a strong non-discrimination policy.
