Initial phone screen with the hiring managing, interview in Houston, interview in Denver. Primarily it consisted of one on one discussions but I was also asked to give a 20 minute architectural presentation to 10+ senior technical staff. The whole process was completely professional and the hiring manager was extremely helpful shepherding me through the different steps.
