The whole process took one complete day and it was all well organised. There was a written round followed up with a technical round. There was a lunch break in between and we were provided with snacks. Also, I really appreciated the fact that there was this person who came over and involved all the waiting candidates in a spontaneous group discussion and this was to make sure that the energy among the candidates did not go low. The technical interview was then taken by Mr. Gautham. He made sure that I was comfortable enough while I was nervous in the beginning. It was a nice conversation. The next interview was with the VP, his name was Mr. Ganesh. I was really nervous due to the fact that I was supposed to go through an interview with the VP but he was so generous that it did not feel like it was my first meeting with him. Last round was with the HR his name is Mr. Shailendra. This was a very warm conversation and again he was very friendly and explained the response to all my queries. Even after the recruitment process was over he kept on following up on me asking whether I had any queries. I got the offer letter within 5 days after the day I went through the recruitment process which made a very good impression of the recruitment team.
