I applied online and when they reached out, I set up an interview on my college campus. There were two people interviewing me and a week later they reached out with their final decision. (one round of interviews)

Interview with two current employees. Situational questions. Many questions revolving problem solving and how to over come challenges. The interview was conversational and not like a traditional interview. If prepared a very easy interview.

interview process was simple, very cooperative with time constraints and made an effort to be professional. Interview was completed at University of Minnesota and was held in Hanson Hall which was very convenient for students.
