LanceSoft Java Developer interview questions

Had an initial phone screening with a recruiter about a job contract for another company. The recruiter was 20 minutes late, told me they were looking for someone with 3+ years experience when clearly the job posting stated 0-2 years. (Also why would you schedule an interview then? Did you not read my resume?) Told me they would call back in 5 minutes to confirm something, never called back. Very unprofessional.
