I applied from NAUKRI.com.They will contact within a day(max 2). First round will be the screening round than the final round.
Screening is just for your communication skills and confidence. In the final round about the company, headquarter and branches in India just to see your personal research before you came for the interview.

Round 1: Tell me about your self, Why IT recruiter? or Why you find yourself fit or job?, And some basic question about this company. (Google it before the interview).
Final round: Intro,why it recruiter after btech(cse),flexiblity,family background.Joining-must say I can join immediately else they select immediate joiner over you.
