Very professional. Two people conducted my interview. I was contacted rather quickly as to schedule an interview. A week has went by since the interview and still no word on whether I got the job or not.

They asked specifically about programs I would be using.
I walked into an interview with 9 people interviewing me and none of them looked like me. I also wasn’t informed that I would be interviewing with multiple people let alone an audience. I was asked how I felt about gossiping, which is a red flag. Gossiping is an issue here and this lets me know that the district allows it.
