One on one required with Mike Walker the sales manager, he is very eager to hire female sales women and get them on the road to making money, he will assist you with ride longs and ensure you learn the print media business. He wants the paper to succeed.

Masage the customers, make sure they are well taken care of and given individual attention. get to know how well you can grow the online business, get new contracts, compare front page ads to to other newspapers, grow the online sister businesses, keep in constant touch with the sales manager with everyday morning meetings.
