After submitting my application documents, I spoke via Zoom with a committee that included teachers, staff, and administrators from diverse disciplines and divisions. The next round was a day that included a group interview with the hiring committee, the department faculty, two sample lessons for classes of students, meetings with the division head and head of school, the DEI director, and students. Communication was prompt, professional, and transparent.
