1st round HR screening. Straightforward.
2nd round technical, they deep dive into resume/past work and do a tech exercise. This exercise was implementing and cleaning up numerous functions for a class, with 4 paragraphs of requirements and tasks.
For all of the above, I was allotted 20 minutes and about 5 of those minutes were given to complete the tech task. Typically candidates have 30 minutes, which is still incredibly brief for the requirements.
