The interview was one-on-one with HR. It was informal, and it came across that he was trying to gain a sense of my personality and how well I would be able to work with the wide range of employees at Lakepoint.

The questions were oriented around how well I thought I would enjoy working sporting events, with crowds, etc. He also asked about my commitment to working assigned shifts and being flexible during fast-paced events.
