Face to face interview with editor and publisher. That was the first time. I was offered a low salary so declined the job. A couple of years later I applied again when the ad showed a higher salary. The editor didn't seem to know what he wanted (it was a different one). This paper is going nowhere. No goals, no purpose, just uninspired people going through the motions.
