You're given a location to head to and a time, and told to have your hair and makeup already done and a bikini on underneath your clothes. You change in the stand, then are asked about your availability, if you're comfortable with posting on social media, company guidelines regarding appearance, and basic food safety info. The girl on shift will take photos of you in your outfit to send to the managers as well as your contact info, and will have you work the stand with her.
