They want a half hour Teams meeting with their recruiter to "onboard" you. I honestly did not have the time to spare, especially since they did not have a specific job in mind. I am not saying it is the case here, but agency recruiters like to pump consultants for previous employers, other contacts, without having any work for you, reserving their non-starter conditions till the end of the interview.
