I had a phone screen with pretty basic questions on describing career ambitions and experience. Then I had a 6 hour onsite interview with ~10 half hour interviews with employees. There was a mix of people asking me technical questions and those asking me more personal questions about my experience. Some of the technical questions were challenging, but not unreasonable. Mostly they just wanted to see how well I could understand their technology and apply my knowledge and experience to their technology.
