Application
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Labatt Breweries of Canada (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2017
Interview
Many steps involved. Started out with a online assessments, then a phone interview, then an in-person interview and finally a panel interview. Panel interview was tough with tricky, obscure questions.

Question 1
If I had to open a pub in New York, how would I do it?
First round was a Pymetrics game, then a video recording interview, then an in person interview with HR at the facility I applied to, then a final interview with a director. After that interview, I knew the following week if I got a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Labatt Breweries of Canada (Edmonton, AB) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied online, was asked to answer a bunch of questions (written) giving 3-5 sentences for each. Was almost immediately notified I'd qualified for the next round of screening. Another questionnaire (multiple choice or select opinion or something). this process basically repeated 3 or 4 times until i was asked to complete an online interview.
Online interview was just recording your answers to a couple questions. Only redeeming quality here was that you get 3 tries to re-record each answer, they were pretty tough.
