LabConnect Project Coordinator interview questions

I did HR screening and interview with hiring managers. The HR screening was straightforward and went over technical experience needed for position and a few behavioral type questions. The interview with the hiring managers was unorganized. They weren't sure what was discussed in the HR screen, didn't seem to have prepared any questions in advance and did not take notes.
