Interview
The interview process consist of a one on one interview, then if they think you are a good fit you are invited back where a group of potential candidates are given learning material and over the course of the day you are taught how they do things there and then are tested on the material given, if you pass the multiple choice exam you are then offered employment.

Interview
They conducted a series of unscheduled phone interviews, then flew me to FL where I completed against several other candidates for the same job. We argued mock cases against each other and took a typing test, then went to lunch with the managing partner and did one on one interview with management

submit resume via Monster...receive phone call from manager - did a several question phone interview and included specific information about the interview process, work hours, pay, job duties, etc...did in-person interview at the office - asked your typical interview questions...did interview training week with classroom teaching, shadowing current employees, and practice answering calls from clients...
