Overall the process took 3.5 months between my application to when I got the rejection letter. The two interviews took place within two weeks, and then I did not receive any update for 1.5 months. The online interview was a panel interview with typical questions (tell us why you want this job, how do you relate to the La Salle mission, what is your experience, etc). The second interview, which was requested one day after the online interview, included a 1 hour interview with my potential supervisor asking me behavioral questions (what make you feel accomplished, tell me about when you made a mistake, how do you interact with students who are having a difficult time) , a "campus tour" (which was a staff member just walking me outside and pointing to buildings, then we walked back inside), and a finishing 1 hour panel interview with some more specific questions (how would I juggle xyz difficult situation, how would I mend an issue caused by a student workers mistake, how do I handle stress/conflict/critique from faculty). Overall the people I met with seemed nice but I wish there was more communication between the final interview and the resulting decision (especially as I saw that they reposted the position internally two days after my final interview).
