I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process was fairly exhausting, but overall it was very informative. I spoke with about 15 different employees, including the CEO and the COO on three different occasions. I would say it was less of an interview and more of a conversation. There are particular interviewers who are tougher than others, and have an intimidating style, but that's the point. The CEO likes to meet everyone further down the line, so be ready for that potentially, and be ready for his blunt, no bs attitude towards everything, and be ready to be put on the spot.

Interview
Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
