I applied in-person. I interviewed at LaSalle Network
Interview
I originally went to LaSalle to have them assist me in finding a job/career. After coming in and meeting with some members of the team, they asked if being hired on internally would be something I would be interested in which I most definitely was. From there, it was a phone interview and then 3 separate Zoom interviews (similar to FaceTime). Everyone that I interviewed with was so kind and open to questions and seemed to really care about the company and the individuals that are/going to work there.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Schaumburg, IL) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
