I applied through university. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process had three steps after meeting and talking with the recruiters at a career fair. There first was a Skype interview, which relayed general but important information about the job and how LaSalle Network operates. Then a presentation portion. Last is the in-person interview. The interview starts out with a tour then a job shadow portion, which allows you to see what a day in the life really looks like and allows for any questions to be answered. Following the tour you are given information about the company from bottom up and it is detailed and helpful. The day continues with some role reversal interviews and some meetings with executives. Overall it was a very positive experience. During the interviews everyone involved was very engaged and genuinely intrigued about your answers. The process was extensive but very positive.
I applied online. I interviewed at LaSalle Network
Interview
Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
