I applied through university. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process with LaSalle was much more comprehensive and in-depth than the majority of other similar positions I applied and interviewed for with competing companies. Everything about the LaSalle Network is about their employees, so it makes sense that the interview process was multi-faceted and took over a month to complete. While a tad frustrating during the process, it simply is to ensure the candidate is the right fit for LaSalle's renowned culture and workplace. I had three or four phone interviews, a Skype interview, a research paper and powerpoint presentation, an in-person interview in the Chicago office with four different people, and finally another Skype interview before I received an offer.
Thanks for your feedback. Sounds like the process you went through might have been a bit longer than normal - likely due to our team's availability. Sorry about that, but glad you found it thorough and beneficial...and ultimately, the right place for you to start your career!
Other Account Executive interview reviews for LaSalle Network
Very conversational. Main questions that were asked were: "Why LaSalle?" "Why sales?" as well as past work experience. HR team was very helpful and responsive, and the people conducting the interviews were very easy to talk to.
Got a referral with one of the recruiters there.
Schedule a time to call but another recruiter called in15 minutes late.
Ask very basic info which is already in the resume, like your educational background...
Definitely do not recommend working with this staffing agency... no professional at all
