Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2016
Interview
My interview process for LaSalle was great! There was the inital phone screen, quick just about what you're looking for. Then a phone interview, then a writing sample, then an in person with your possible managers and lastly you meet with a couple c-level executives. I heard differently from a couple of people but that's generally how it goes from what I've heard. Everyone was so nice and respectful and the interviews were more conversational which was nice and less interrogating (question answer format). Situational questions were asked.

Thanks so much for your feedback - glad to hear you enjoyed the interview process and felt it was smooth and efficient.
Interview
Great interview process. Talked to two head managers and recieved a call within 3 days with a job offer. Very comfortable feeling, they provided me with great insight on the company culture and what types of things they were looking for in an employee.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
The process began with completing a three part writing assessment which consisted of a two writing samples and a powerpoint presentation answering specific questions. After completing those, I had a phone screen with an internal recruiter where we talked about the position a little bit, from there I was set up with three interviews, one with the manager of research, followed by the Chief Recruiting Officer and then the Chief Revenue Officer.
