LaMar's Donuts interview questions

Online application was easy, I received a call pretty fast. Their online job post never mentioned pay. So during the interview I was told the pay was minimum wage for the 3rd shift baker. I thought it was weird because he just went on about how much physical work it is and what your quota is.. why would I accept minimum wage for that kind of work? It was uncomfortable because he mentioned times where people got hurt and he had to let them go and that there is no room for internal growth. No wonder they are still looking to hire all positions, you can get paid more elsewhere.

Visited store to inquire about employment. Given paper, referred to online app. Applied online. Was called in for interview the next day. Easy interview, was offered donuts before start of it. Got hired. Completed easy online paperwork. Returned to receive uniform. Started next day.
