Interview
Went very well. Applied online made sure to place my resume and continuously called to update them about my application and openings. They later called and wanted to schedule an interview ( 2 different locations) Went for the interviews asked questions about activity plans, different age groups, why I like children etc. Make sure to ask questions! After that gave me a tour. Later called me and offered me the position!

Question 1
Not necessarily difficult, as long as you know the general info of early childhood as well as health such as what to do in case of an emergency, diaper changing or wounds you will be good.
The interview went pretty smooth and friendly. Communication is happy and the questions are not so hard, all about situations happened in class. They also invited me to tour their campus.

Interview
The director was not present for my interview. the assistant director asked me hypothetical questions regarding what I’d do in a teaching scenario. She asked me questions about my personal life, but it was mostly scripted stuff she was reading off a paper. I was given a tour of the building. I was told about the different age groups and what part of the building they reside in and what the different teaching styles were for each age group. It was a very short interview maybe like 30 min at the most.

I’m leading a group of children ages 1-2. And it’s lunch time or snack time. I’m supposed to give them oranges and gold fish. How do I turn that into a learning experience instead of just having them eat?

Interview
The interview process was great, quick and easy. Everybody was kind and pleasing. Would definitely take the opportunity if offered to me by this employer. Seems like a great place to work.
