Simple. Asked a few questions about my work history and my availability. I was then asked when can I start and what days I have available to train. Also how quickly I can go through training.

After you've handed in your application you meet one of the managers and you demonstrate that you're a hardworking sociable person. You'd have to be really weird and unsociable to get rejected. You then meet the head trainer who begins with the basics and your availability. You then do a few exams over the menu and drinks which are pretty in depth. It's meant to help you succeed so they will not hire you if you don't pass all of them.
