Was an easy process but contained multiple steps, I.e. building a simple website before the technical challenge. The website was to demonstrate good coding practices such as having an understanding of people who need accessibility considered in their experience

1st step: Initial call with recruitment agency.(Sanctuary Graduates) 2nd step: I was given some basic task to do for a few days (basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Codecademy), I was also supposed to do basic website using html and css which was pretty simple. 3rd step: Interview with trainers (2 people) where you go through your prep/website and explain what you have done, and they may ask you some questions regarding the topic and also small challenge for JavaScript. Worst part was doing the prep for interview and having a job at the same time.
