Had a light phone interview and then an in-person meeting at their NYC office. The 1st step was simply a review of my previous experience and general conversation about the company, role, and my interests. The 2nd round was in-person, met the team, and discussed experience/logistics of the role.

Interview
The hiring process is too long and inefficient for them. An assessment test is being conducted and in my case there were 3 interviews with persons from their company. The first call was that the person did not turn on the camera but asked for consent to record me, the second call was a whatsapp audio call and the third call was with a person appearing in a tank top with a tattoo. Although the process looks extremely professional, on the other hand it gives the impression of fear from the CEO. During the interview, I did not get the impression that it is a company where there are good relations and pleasant to work with because of the relationship they have with the candidate who is very robotic, insufficient information about the position and inexperience in the selection, since, it takes 5 rounds to evaluate the candidate.
