I submitted my application online and was contacted for an interview about a week after. The interview went well and I was told there would be another interview with senior management and possibly a skill test. I was also told they were looking to hire for the role by the end of the month which led me to believe that I'd know soon whether or not I would be moving forward in the process. After not hearing about next steps, I followed up with HR but there has been no response. A bad candidate experience in my opinion and a dent to their employer brand. I would have appreciated the courtesy to receive a formal "no" rather than never hearing from the recruiter again.
