I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at LUMO Energy (Melbourne) in Aug 2022
Interview
The process moved too slowly and lacked updates. Each stage took a long time, and I never received clear information about what would happen next. The steps felt disconnected, and the role itself seemed uncertain. The experience left me unsure about the purpose of the position

You speak to your recruiter first who sets a meeting with the HR of the company. After that an interview is arranged with the companies selection team. Based on how you perform in that interview you get selected for the job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LUMO Energy (Adelaide) in Aug 2018
Interview
Horrible. A lot of people desperate for jobs were called into a room, had their information taken and then were told the positions were entirely unpaid unless you managed to convince someone to let you into their home and get them to switch for Lumo Energy. This was an evil way to prey on people who are desperate for work and take advantage of them.
