Actually i cleared an online test after that i got a mail for technical interview, In technical interview the question were very simple he asked about my education details and he stared asking about my project which in mentioned in my resume after that he asked the oops concepts in java and what is string and array. so next day i got an mail for HR interview round the question where very simple introduce yourself, how do you manage any conflict with your team? etc i answered all the question but i don't know what went wrong i was not selected

Online Assesment followed by techincal interview followed by HR interview within one month.
they will take around 1 year to give you the joining and the domain is also not fixed neither depends on your skills. it is totally dependednt on business requirements of the company.
