HR Ghosting is common in HR team of LTIMindtree. They will never respond to you after L1 and disappear like a ghost suddenly. The HR will post on LinkedIn that the company is recruiting but the on-ground Talent Acquisition team members are not at all professional.

Process is good as recruiters focus lot to identify candidates. But when it end up technical interview, only one person of discussing. It is better to bring sound technical board to assess candidates.
