Consists of apti&technical followed by GD then technical and HR interview. Overall process is quiet smooth and they recruited around 40 from my campus. Package is 4L pa and posting is in banglore or mysuru as opted by candidate.

The interview process generally consists of two stages-Technical and HR. For the technical PI, some of the important topics are Thermodynamics, Applications, Strength of Materials, Fluid mechanics, Forming, Metal cutting, Materials science, Some mechanisms (TOM) and Design.
