Got ghosted. The hiring process included an initial interview, an assignment and a presentation/panel interview by five people. It takes a lot of time for the applicant. After the presentation, two weeks passed with no update from HR. I asked for an update and HR replies that they're still interviewing but I'm still in the running for the role. Two weeks later and nothing. Not even the decency to send an automated rejection letter. A huge waste of time and energy honestly.
