LRN Project Manager interview questions

3 rounds Telephonic by India Team and then By US and then HR it took 30 days to get an offer though the requirement was urgent interviewer himself was confused to ask the questions. HR was co operative- as there is only 2 person handling 200 + people.Management rounds took 15 days to get on line . and twice the schedule time was canceled

Tedious, too long. It took many weeks from start to finish. And the company is very disorganized. LRN has lost all of its HR staff and is trying to run a company without an HR function. I needed the job so I accepted. But it was not a great experience and I am very glad to be gone!
