Started with a 10 Minute Phone Screening with HR, was contacted later that day to schedule a on site interview a few days later. On site interview was about 30 minutes with two managers, followed by a brief 10 minute meeting with upper management. Learn as much about the company as possible and be prepared to give examples from past employment

Interview process was quite challenging. The interviewers asked a lot of questions involving different scenarios you might be faced with at a call center. Initially, I applied online. I met with one person in the beginning who highlighted some of my qualifications that were related to customer service. After I met with AVP and another worker for a more formal interview.

I had 1 interview. It wasn't that bad, but you have to study. I messed up on a question, but still got the job. Make sure you study about the company and give important facts. Started with a phone interview and 2 days later the in person interview, and an offer 2 days after that.
