I never usually bother with this type of thing but wanted to leave this review to others as a warning sign to avoid this company. I was contacted through a recruiter about this role and was told I would then be contacted by a member of the Loqbox team for an interview. The person that reached out from Loqbox arranged a time to speak and then cancelled, I was told someone else would reach out to me. When I reached out after the weekend as I had not heard anything the email address for the email I had initially received no longer existed as that person had left the company. I chased with the initial recruiter, they said someone else would be conducting the interview which would be on a certain day which I agreed to. I had no confirmation of this so I chased this up with the recruiter, they then chased Loqbox who called me then and there rather on the day we had agreed. I said I could not take the call at that time as I was travelling so thought it would be unprofessional and it was not on the day we had agreed. The employee from Loqbox seemed relieved that the call was not for that day and agreed to call me on the day that was always meant to be the day of the interview which left me feeling she had no idea when the interview was meant to be. When she did call on the correct day she was travelling and on the move which I felt was pretty unprofessional - like literally walking through public places whilst trying to take my call. Signal dropped out multiple times towards the end to the point they just ended the call and texted to say they felt like that was enough. Regardless of this poor experience the call seemed positive and the employee said they would be in contact the next day. Approaching a month after that initial call now and over a month since I first applied I have heard absolutely nothing from them and the girl I spoke with on the phone has ignored my request for feedback or a follow up entirely,
Super unprofessional. Definitely do not want to pursue the role any further after this experience but do want to warn others that might.
I also think whoever might have been in this role previously may have bought followers for the Instagram page they use as they have 15K followers on their account and can’t seem to get above 5 likes on a post, the engagement is super low and the views on their other content is just as bad.
If this is not the case then they definitely could have used my help and expertise in this area but that is their loss at this point!
Don’t waste your time and talent on this company.
