Interview
Telephone interview that was not very professional, although the position was temp I actually had second thoughts as it was so poor.
The next stage was with with 2 sales team members and was fairly decent.
After this but at the same interview the sales manager had his section, this was the toughest interview I had ever done, I actually wanted the job so much after this, he was so excited and uplifting. He asked amazing questions.

Was an interview process with a few interviews, was quite friendly and was designed to find out what you have done in the past, and if you understand the role your going in to, and what you can bring to the table. Questions were asked specific to the role is well.
