I recently had a very negative experience with LHH, and I feel it's important to share my experience here on Glassdoor. After having a conversation with them about a job opportunity, I was shocked and disappointed by their unprofessional and predatory behavior. They allegedly told me that the job was highly competitive and then demanded that I lower my salary expectations to be "competitive" with other candidates who they claimed had more experience than me. This was an extremely manipulative and unethical tactic. It made me feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me and get me to accept a lower salary than I deserved. When I followed up for feedback, they became defensive and dismissive, telling me they would get to me when they had time. It's been four months now, and I still haven't heard back from them. This lack of communication is unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, my experience with LHH left me feeling dirty and disrespected. Their behavior was evil, predatory, and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with or for them. If this is how they treat potential candidates, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
