I had a phone call with HR and arrange a meeting for direct manager and HR member. Most of question were soft skills and how to handle the difficulties during the work. After interview, a week later they sent the offer letter and had a phone call to discuss salary and benefits. Only a few days can be negotiable. salary was strict.
