Met in person for interview. I was asked my salary expectations prior to coming into the interview and was told during the interview the pay would start outside my expectations, not in a good way. I have never heard of an employer asking for salary expectations and not even pay them within the range. Asking a range eliminates people wasting anyone's time. The interviewer referred to her coworkers as "jerks" who were building her a new filing cabinet while we were interviewing. Don't apply here if you have to give a 2 week's notice. They only considered people that could start immediately because two people would be on vacation.
