There were multiple interviews with various people in the org. It was a standard interview process. The interviews happened over a two week period ultimately with me deciding not to continue with the process.

Interview
The interview process was very long. It consisted of 3 interview each lasting about 2 hours. There process not only finds the person with the right qualifications but someone that fits into the culture. A lot of emphasis was put into stressing the long hours and late nights to meet deadlines.
