The interview process was several rounds, which I thought was a bit much for an entry level position. I was brought to the office to meet upper level managers. I was told it was between myself and one other candidate and that I would hear something back the next day or following Monday. However, I was pretty much ghosted after the final interview, and being a recruiter myself I find it pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate to not give a formal rejection letter to someone who went through 3 rounds of interviews and traveled during the pandemic to meet in person. They seemed nice overall, just be prepared to be left in the dark if they are not interested.
