      This review is for Professional Aviation Management they are the contractor for LATAM in USA. these people are very unprofessional, they have no idea have to talk to people, they as for proof of citizenship or residency on the first interview, the make a group interview of 20 people and mrs Vera explained at the beginning the role an salary. Part Time (25 Hrs) $14.50 Full Time (40 Hrs) $11.25 I don't know is if this is legal, you have to start as Part Time and then maybe you can be Full time but making less money per Hr!! No sense!!

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LATAM (Quito) in May 2015

      Very long like 2 months you have a group interview in a major hotel against 40 people at the end of the day only 10 left after that phone or Skype interview with human reaources then with the chief of the airport and then you go to 1 month training process (paid) in another city after that if you pass all the tests you are hired.
