It was a long tedious process with lots of false promises. There isn't really much to say regarding the interview process. If you have a personal training certification and a decent personality you can attain employment.

I applied online. I interviewed at LA Fitness (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
Interviewed by a Training Sales rep because the Training manager forgot about our appointment.
Rep asked/verified that I was PT certified. Handed her a copy of my resume and both certifications. Asked/responded to questions about why I want to be a trainer, what got me interested in fitness/fitness industry and why I want to work for LAF.
I got a run down of the PT scheduling processes, an overview of the client workout booklet and questions answered regarding shadowing other PTs in order to understand the training process.
Was not given a formal offer because the interview information needed to be passed along to the Manager.
