Interview
I went through two interviews. One with Operations Manager and the second with the District Manager. They were both really nice and asked lots of questions. They explained the job very well and asked if I was able to complete all tasks in a timely manner. I answered yes of course and was prompted to complete my new hire paperwork, which only took about 20 minutes to complete.

The interview process at LA Fitness was very simple and informal. I spoke directly with the front desk manager, who asked general questions about my experience working with people. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

Quick questions about my experience and then showed me around the facility and met people. told me about the job and then was offered it quicky after I interviewed for it
It was super fast and simple. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and pretty much got hired on the spot. Very easy process. Not much requirement needed to get accepted
