Interview
I applied in person and the manager was teaching a fitness class so another employee told me that she would call when ready. I got a call 30 minutes later from the manager who scheduled the interview for the next morning. I showed up the next morning 10 minutes early, and an employee called the manager who said she was going to be an hour late. I went to starbucks, came back and had the interview. The questions were basic interview questions, ie. "describe your flaws...why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?" etc. when the interview was over, she offered me the job so long as my background check came back clean. A few days later when my background check came back, she scheduled me for training.

Interview
The interview process at LA Fitness was very simple and informal. I spoke directly with the front desk manager, who asked general questions about my experience working with people. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

Quick questions about my experience and then showed me around the facility and met people. told me about the job and then was offered it quicky after I interviewed for it
It was super fast and simple. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and pretty much got hired on the spot. Very easy process. Not much requirement needed to get accepted
